Management Team

Larry Davis, President ORS Nasco, has global responsibility for the company's strategic marketing, product development, corporate brand portfolio development, pricing, margin management, marketing communications, and vendor relationship development. In addition, he oversees the organization's customer care group which manages the customer interface with regard to order processing, issue resolution, product knowledge, and information requests.

Davis joined ORS Nasco in 1999, where he served as Vice President of Information Services before assuming his current role. He brings extensive experience to the company with previous senior positions held in the wholesale industry. Prior joining ORS Nasco, Inc. Davis worked for NxTrend Technology as the Manger of Project Management leading merger and acquisition integrations. Previous to NxTrend Davis was General Manager of a regional wholesale distribution organization.

Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Iowa Wesleyan College, and is a 2001 graduate of the University of Phoenix, where he earned an MBA.

He has two children and makes his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Scott Rosenzweig joined ORS Nasco in 2002 and has held various Senior Sales Management roles including Vice President, Sales; Vice President National Accounts & International.

Scott is responsible for our National Accounts, Channel Development, and International Sales businesses - each of which are fast growing segments of our company. The National Accounts and Channel Development teams encompass the management of our largest multi-national accounts where Scott leads a team of both external and internal sellers to manage and grow these relationships. Scott is in the field regularly meeting with senior leaders in these accounts and working with his National Accounts Managers for growth and development. Internationally Scott leads a team of inside sellers who manage all aspects of the distributor relationship while Scott travels internationally to solidify and expand relationships with distributors we trade with in numerous countries.

Prior to joining ORS Nasco, Scott held executive level sales and marketing positions at United Stationers Supply Company, North America's largest wholesaler of business products to resellers ~ United Facility Supply - a division of United that was a primary supplier to the janitorial and sanitary supply industries ~ eCommerce Industries – an eCommerce development company for industry wholesalers ~ Rockford Tool Co. where Scott ran a successful industrial tool/warehouse distributorship in the Chicagoland area where he headed up the domestic sales effort and global sourcing initiatives.

Scott earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago with a major in International Business, and prior to that earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a major in Marketing and minor in Advertising.

Scott is married with one child and makes his home in Chicago, Illinois.

Jean Cook joined ORS Nasco in 2001 and currently serves as Director – Finance. She is responsible for the finance functions of the company, centered on planning and analysis. Ms. Cook and the finance team lead the company efforts for forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, ABC and business modeling. During her tenure with the company, Jean has served in numerous leadership roles including HR, risk management, accounting and mergers. She participates in our community outreach efforts and is a member of the United Stationers Foundation board.

Prior to joining ORS Nasco, Cook held Controller and Assistant Controller positions in various companies of the Sammons Distribution Group and in the auditing group of Ernst & Whinney.

Cook earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Arkansas. She has one daughter and makes her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mark Prox joined ORS Nasco as Vice President – Operations in 2000. He is responsible for Pricing, Product Information, Content and Customer Care. Prox previously served as Materials Manager for General Electric, where his duties consisted of supplier negotiations and procurement, inventory control and transportation.

Prox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Western Illinois University in 1989. He is married with two children and makes his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

As the Vice President of Field Sales, Mike has responsibility for all external sales resources at both the territory and regional level that touch customers face to face. He is also instrumental in coaching the external sales group to be consultative in their sales approach which adds additional value to the wholesale supply chain function.

Mike Muenzer joined ORS Nasco in 1989 as a territory sales manager and has had various executive sales and marketing responsibilities over his career that included marketing director, regional sales director, and vice president of sales for Nasco prior to merging with the ORS business.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in economics from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. Mike is married with one child and makes his home in Minneapolis, MN.

As Executive Vice President - Sales Development, Craig Loos plays an essential role in the continuing development of ORS Nasco. Craig has been with ORS Nasco for 41 years and has more than 45 years of experience in the welding industry. Loos works with a number of key welding customers who have the potential to make a material contribution to the business. Additionally, he is responsible for ORS Nasco's Inside Sales and New Customer Group.

Loos joined ORS Nasco in 1971 as Territory Manager, then served as Sales Manager and later Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He also served as President of Nasco prior to its 2002 merger with sister company ORS.

Loos is married with two children and makes his home in Minneapolis, Minn.

Marisol Fernandez, Vice President of Merchandising has responsibility for both the Merchandising and Marketing functions within the business. Marisol is responsible for the company's strategic direction associated with product portfolio development, supplier relationship management, overall corporate brand, pricing strategy, margin management, our marketing portfolio and overall communications.

Marisol joined the ORS Nasco team in July of 2011 from United Stationers, our office products division, in Deerfield IL. She brings extensive experience to the company in the area of Supplier Relationship Management as well as Category Management practices. Prior joining the United Stationers family, Marisol spent over nine years working in similar field for a multi-billion dollar industrial distributor.

Fernandez earned her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2005 & now makes her home in Tulsa OK with her son James.

Mike Denning joined ORS Nasco in 1999 as the Director of Technology Services. He is responsible of technology related areas of ORS Nasco including system related business processes, hardware and software implementation, e-commerce and system development. Prior to joining ORS Nasco Denning worked as a business consultant for NxTrend Technologies and worked as an IT manager with several other companies.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Finance from Iowa Wesleyan College and a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Mike is married and currently makes his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
